Paintings

The vast majority of paintings in the VMI Collection are portraits of alumni, cadets, and faculty. Several exceptional 19th century landscapes by William D. Washington are included in the collection. Among the artist represented are N.C. Wyeth, Norman Rockwell and Julian Scott.
